Hello SAP,
In SAP Marketing Cloud we're trying to deploy SMS campaign and SMS feature. We're not facing any issue with the SMS send and delivered interaction. But we're having issue receiving Bounce interaction, Click interaction, Open interaction. As well, the STOP reply for unsubscribe doesn't work.
We've enable all scenarios possible and are having SAP DI as sms provider (text message). All interaction have been enabled in Manage your solution for the communication media.
Please help us 🙂
Regards,
Valentin ANCEAU

Hi Valentin
Hope you are sending STOP + campaign ID ( i prefer this ). And you have activated comm arrangement SAP_COM_0299
Moreover If I am not wrong, you should have 2-way messaging enabled in the SAP DI

Usually there is problem of the profile ID configured at SMC end, some countries didnt accept the name from which the SMS is coming. There should be a number linked to the outgoing SMS reply,
example - if you recieve an SMS from XXXX, and want to send a reply as STOP, some countries didnt allow reply to XXXX, you have to reply back to some number to make REPLY work.
Please check with your DI service provider, we also faced the similar issues, it was resolved by DI team.

Hi Kamesh,
Thanks a lot. I've send a request to SAP DI. I'll update you once I'll have a response from the team.

Hi Valentin
Normally I have seen the SAP DI provisioning 1-way account which allows to send sms to end user.
So check with your SAP DI provisioning team on the type of account generated for your Customer.
Inform them that you have reply message scenario and request them to enable that process in SAP DI. (may / may not attract additional charges - so clarify with them)
Hope this helps you.
Cheers !

Hi Kamesh,
Thanks for your answer. Yes we're sending STOP+ campaign ID and we've enabled SAP_COM_0299.
What do you mean when you say "2-way messaging" ? Does SAP DI need to configure or is it on the user side to configure ?
Cheers
