Stock Transactions in CCO

Dears experts ,

i have read in SAP Customer Checkout Features Overview under Non-Sale Related Features

The following non-sale related features are supported:

• Goods receipt (supported by SAP ERP system)
  • Example: SAP Business One
• Stock transfer request (supported by SAP ERP system)
  • Example: SAP Business One
• Stock transfer (supported by SAP ERP system)
  • Example: SAP Business One
• Stock counting (supported by SAP ERP system)
  • Example: SAP Business One
• Stock correction (supported by SAP ERP system)
  • Example: SAP Business One
• Purchase order creation (supported by SAP ERP system)
  • Example: SAP Business One

my Question is , how to enable or work with these features , i already know that there is (goods issue , goods receive , stock correction) transaction in CCO manager, but it's not integrated with ERP, and it work if CCO manager is the backend system.

how to utilize these features with B1 or BYD???

Hello ahmadhamad,

There is no integration to SAP ERP(B1 or ByD) for stock transaction. These transaction are supported in SAP ERP system and you need to create these transaction directly there. If you want to integrate then this needs to be developed in a PlugIn and you would need advanced SAP Customer Checkout plugin development skills.

If you need a light weight stock management, then this is supported with SAP Customer Checkout manager. But this scenario accordingly to me makes more sense then you are using SAP Customer Checkout manager as backend and there is no ERP.
