Stock Overview in CCO

Has this issue been encountered before, system is SAP CCO with SAP BYD, using the default settings, the stock overview works for some articels but for others it either gives no stock or a competely innacurate number, for example in BYD it might be 1 item available, but in CCO it says 17. Both are the latest versions of their respective release.

Dear Michael,

How is the integration set up between the two systems. Is the Stock information updated from ByDesign to CCO? How is this done ? Do you do it via standard webservice or any additional customizations is used. I am not an expert with CCO and hence the queries.
