Stock overview Customer Checkout

Hello,

I have a question regarding the stock overview functionality in CCO.

Using this funcionality I am able to check the stock for one article form the list of articles that I find using the magnifying glass window. Also I am able to check using the "Stock overview" button available in the item section. In both cases, I can only see the stock for the selected item.

Is there any way to see a list of the available stock for all the articles that I have in CCO?

Hello Maria,

Currently, the CCO does not offer this functionality.

The CCO does not know the stock of the items, when you click the "Stock Overview" button, the system does a call to your backend system (e.g.: SAP B1) and shows the available stock for the selected item.
