Still user ID is showing greyed out in license administration

A Solution for this error is easy.
just do this:

  1. change the user's password 
  2. change the user to superUser
  3. Login with the new password
  4. Open license window
  5. Remove the licenses
  6. Logout and remove superUser from the user
    #solution
