Steps to switch off /on synchronisation from SAP CRM to Groupware Client and BDOcs generation.

Hey Guys,

my goal is to switch off any BDocs(Type BUS_TRANS_MSG) generation, stop the synchronisation(of some CRM activities) to the Groupware client for all users. Upgrade the Connector (CRM->Connector->Groupware client). Test manually. Then switch on the BDocs generation and synchronisation again.

I am new to this and would like to have some advices here about the proper steps to follow and which tasks to execute for this purpose.
