Hi,
We are looking to create service ticket from B2B storefront to service cloud
We found the below reference link and following this one. We are going through CPI channel.
But we could not find a standard iFlow for this scenario.
Does SAP has a standard iFlow for the same or do we need to create a custom iFlow.
