Stacktrace when localhost SAP Commerce Cloud server starts

Hello,

I am working on a brand new installation of SAP Commerce Cloud 1905 on my Windows workstation, and I'm getting a stack trace error when I start up the application server. The top of the stack trace reads:

ERROR [localhost-startStop-8] [AbstractReloadingMetadataProvider] Error occurred while attempting to refresh metadata from 'C:\hybris\hybris\bin\platform\tomcat\bin\.\WEB-INF\security\metadata.xml'

I'm following the instructions from this web site:

https://help.sap.com/viewer/a74589c3a81a4a95bf51d87258c0ab15/1905/en-US/8bf5cfea86691014a00e9705a3c8...

I've gotten through the build procedure, and I'm making sure to run the setantenv.bat script before issuing the hybrisserver.bat command to start the server. I've also manually set the admin password in the local.properties file, and I can successfully log into and navigate around in the the admin console.

I'm guessing that my server is trying to include some functionality that hasn't been built into the application server. Can anyone help me figure out how to get this stack trace to not show?

Thanks!
