On the Emarsys Help pages there are three described ways tho enable SSO for Emarsys:

According to SAP Emarsys Help page below, the current instance of SSO should work with any SAML 2.0 compatible IdP, but it was tested only with Microsoft Azure and SAP Identity Authentication Service as of now. Other than these two, you will need to configure it at your end, and this is something your IT department to handle and configure based on your system.
The same Help page above describes the details, such as entity ID, assertion service URL, etc, required by Emarsys SSO in order for the provider to work.
