SSO product Cockpit Language issue

Hi,

When i tried to login to productcockpit using sso, some of the labels of headers of editor area are displaying in Korean language and some are in English. But when i logout of it and login again using non sso, it is displaying correctly.

The issue appears again when we login using sso url in a new session second time. Is there any configuration we need to look into resolve this one?

Note: Only few attributes labels are displaying in korean language and remaining in English.

Hi,

You can check locale settings on the server (and user) that is running Hybris Commerce (setting Korean locale could affect some of the attribute headers). Another option is to change default cockpit language implementation - please refer to KBA 2593281 for more details.

Hi , thanks for the suggestion. The locale settings is in english and the server is in US where the default language is english.

I have changed the default cockpit language implementation as per the KBA 2593281. still we are seeing the few header labels in different language. Earlier it use to come in korean and now it changed to spanish language. From the second attempt onwards, it is working as expected even if we login using the SSO url.

All the product(type) attributes are displaying in spanish now and remaining labels like Menu, All Products etc are displaying correctly. After the code changes, from the second attempt onwards, it is working correctly. Can you suggest any idea?
