Hello Experts,
We have C4C and yMKT cloud systems for our client. Now the yMKT uses idP for SSO login and I don't think C4C uses the same. In that case how the SSO will work for the users who are logging in C4C and hybris marketing?
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Mayank

Hi,
In order to be able to make SSO enabled between yMkt and C4C both application should run on same IDP.
Since your yMkt already uses IDP, Hence please enable IDP for C4C as well( BLOG ) and then use C4C-SSO URL (http://myXXXXXX-sso.crm.ondemand.com/) to login.
Thanks
Saurabh

Hi saurabhkabra2009,
technically there's no problem to configure the IDP.
But do you know if it is now also allowed to use the IAS als IDP also for C4C?
Last year it was the statement of SAP that the IAS, which is e.g. included in the bundle of C4C & SAP Jam, is only allowed for the use together with SAP Jam. For the use with C4C the customer has to purchase a separate license.
It would be great if you could give a current statement.
Thanks
Tobias
Hi Mayank,
Its not MERGE actually...You have to make sure parameter being used for SAML2 authentication at IDP should be having same value in both C4C and yMKT i.e. for example you are using Login Name(MKT_ADMIN) as authentication parameter then make sure a user name with Login Alias MKT_ADMIN is existing at both C4C as well as yMkt side.
Thanks
Saurabh
