SSF SAP Web UI dropdown list is not showing - Service Request

Hello all,

I have a strange problem, an end user of the SSF interface is not able to see values from a dropdown list of a service request. This user is facing the problem after 1 year of selecting the values from there, without facing this issue. The curious thing is that colleagues that are doing the same things as him, never met this problem and they currently can select values from dropdown. Please help me!

this issue goes directly to the application. We - from the client side (SAP Business Client 7.0) -cannot help you here.
