Hello Experts,

When a Sales Order Confirmation from C4C, I am facing the below error in web service message monitoring

SRT: HTTP error: ("HTTP Code 404: - Details see in error log of transaction SRTUTIL")

Can anyone help us provide a solution for this?

Hello,

Http-404 means the triggered endpoint from C4C is not found. Therefore the recommendation is to cross validate the outbound service path configured in C4C Communication Arrangement and make sure the path is reachable via http.

In case you are using CPI as the middleware then also check if /cxf/ is there in the iflow runtime path configured at the C4C side.
