Sort pricing condition steps for Items

Hello,

We've a change in the functionality we can't understand. Before we always have a particular (manual) pricing condition at the top of the list (PN00 -> Manual pricing condition). But since the last release they're not at the top of the list anymore:

Is there a way to sort the pricing steps?

With the recent release happened in 2020 March - sorting is now possible on the price conditions column.
