Sort interactions in tasks by date by default

Hi community,

how to sort interactions in C4C tasks by date by default in Grid View?

Don't know why the default is the oldest first and not the newest... Currently, we have to click the sort button every time in the interactions tab to see the newest first ?

I know that to do so for tickets, it can be configurable in BC -> Scope. but for tasks I don't know how !

Hello,

You can do this in "Master Layout" adaption mode.

1. Enable Adaptation mode.

2. Now select the "Pencil Button" to select the "List" for adaptation.

3. On the Right Hand Side, click on "Sort and Group By" button.

4. Select the field for sorting and order of sorting based on your project need.

5. End the adaptation mode and this should resolve your issue.
