Sometime action is not getting save while creating promotion.
We giving the value in action, sometime it is not getting save. If you refresh it, the value will become empty. .
From version 6.4 a clone is created when saving changes to promotion source rule. You have to search in list for newer version of same promotion rule, changes will be there.
