some Inbound emails from clients are getting rejected from sales and service cloud v2

We have client emails being sent to a shared mailbox in Exchange Online and that is set up with an automatic forwarder to SAP - We have found, that some of the clients don't have proper DKIM, SPF, DMARC records configured and thus SAP is rejecting the forwarded messages. 

Has anyone else come across this and come up with a solution?
