solr server is not getting started after upgrade from 6.3 to 6.6

I am getting this issue when I start my server , I have upgarded from hybris version 6.3 to 6.6 . I have restarted my system to clean the registry but still shows me following error.

Solr server is still not running after calling start command for instance [name: default, hostname: localhost, port: 8983]
