hi all,
we have one system and only one client for solman system, we need change request management for incidents for approval/ reject purpose , we are not required TMS ( Transport request we are not required , will do manual imports).
we are configured with solution manager IT service management but in creating incidents we are getting approval / reject options after incident get created .
someone guide us to get approval / reject options in solution manager IT service management...
