Hi. Gurus
I am asking but I am not sure if it is posible
I have 2 business partners created as Sold-to-party. BP1 called BULLS. and BP2 called NIKE
I want to create users and assign them to a different organizational unit as business partners on ppoma_crm E.g. user SPIPPEN (BP ID 33) is assigned to Human Resources (OU) and MJORDAN (BP ID 23) to Finance (OU)
I want this Organizational Units to have a relationship To one sold-to party. Example: Finance (OU) has sold to party NiKE. and Human Resources (OU) has Sold-to-Party BULLS
I want to create a transaction and do the Sold-to-party partner determination based on this relationship . If the requester is MJORDAN the sold to party determination will select NIKE. If the requester is SPIPPEN the sold-to-party determination will be BULLS
how can I achieve this?
thanks in advanced
Request clarification before answering.
There are 2 ways of achieving this;
1. Using the Requester - Sold To Part relationship: Follow this blog for this determination; https://blogs.sap.com/2014/07/02/assign-sold-to-party-via-reporter-contact-person-relationship-var/
2. Using BRFPLus functions where you could fill relevant decision tables containing "If Requester, Then Sold To" logic, just like you do support team determination via brfplus.
Thanks,
Vivek
