Software Clients in campaign reports

Can you provide more information about the software clients that are listed in campaign success for messages report?
Some of those does not really say anything- like "DefaultBrowser"

This would be great.

Hello Mia,

As the "Campaign Success for Messages" report is based on the Interactions table, If the interactions data/table the Operational System and/or Software Client information then it will be visible.

The collection of this data depends on the customers' email client and web browser settings, it's not possible to guarantee that such data will always be available for the reports.
