Hello Experts,
With my cloud subscription for marketing, I can see the email service
SAP Digital Interconnect is maintained. But SMS is not there. I need to run few test campaign using SMS. DO I need to ask SAP for this?
My Client is using SAP as a service provider for email and SMS. Please let me know the process to get the SMS service details for the test client.

No i havent recieve any mails from Digital Interconnect Account. I have raised an incident with SAP and got the suggestion that to drop an email to 'sapdigitalinterconnect@sap.com' to get the SMS profile details. I did the same and I didn't get any response from them till date. Its 2 days over. Not sure what is the SLA to provide the SMS profile details to me. I will wait for 1-2 days more and update the incident back.
What details we need from SAP are:
SAP digital team needs to provide the Hostname/Service details/Username/Password, so that we can maintain communication user/arrangement to consume SMS functionality.

I have exactly the same entry in my system which has been maintained by SAP.
Did you receive any provisioning mails from SAP for your Digital Interconnect Account?

Please check whether you have any SMS related sender profiles in the "sender profiles" app. Then you check the function by using "Sender Test Text Message". Please make sure the phone number is maintained in the whitelist.
