Hello Team,
Currently i am facing an challenge in logging the SMS Messages that are outbound under Activities Work Center messages tab, please can any one suggest whats that i am missing.

Hi,
If you are referring to Messages sent by a Workflow Rule, make sure you have marked the option to create a Message Activity in the Workflow Configuration.
