SMS for obtaning customer satisfaction on SAP Marketing Cloud

Dear experts,

My client wants to use SMS for obtaining customer satisfaction in which scenario the customer will reply to an SMS (text message) typing a number from 0 to 10 ('very bad' to 'very good' satisfaction).

Is there anything like this on SAP Marketing Cloud 1811 or upcoming releases? I can imagine this would make sense for SAP Service but not exactly for SAP Marketing but I might be wrong. Any suggestions will be much appreciated. They want the 'satisfaction points/scores' to be shown in the customer profile and also be able to use this for segmentation purposes.

Hi Guilherme, Currently it is not possible to track links or something like that within a text message send via a campaign in SAP Marketing Cloud. Anyway, your requests sounds more like the need to integrate a survey (also currently not available), where the answer would be saved in a Survey Response BO, where analysis for further proceeding could be possible. Do you know our influence tool? You can find info, vote or add your own ideas on product functionality.
