SmartEdit Toolbar and Endless Loading

Hi All,

I just successfully installed SmartEdit (Hybris 6.5) but its not working properly where not all toolbar displayed properly in "Basic Edit" view:

Also, when we accessing SmartEdit for the first time and choose any catalog, for example Online catalog, we will get endless "Loading" spinner. Then if we return back to main menu and choose another catalog, Staged catalog, then the site was properly displayed without any endless "Loading" spinner.

Any idea why we missing the toolbar and the inconsistency of "Loading" spinner? Thanks in advance.

Still no luck with this issue and I've abandoned this task for quite some time. If you manage to find the solution, please do share here. Thanks.
