We are frequently getting Oops, we lost the connection to your site. Reconnecting….. message on accessing homepage inside smartedit console.
Is there any configuration that can be done to fix this connectivity error with smartedit.
Request clarification before answering.
Are you on SSR?
We were encountering the same issue. We discovered that it was a memory leak issue with SSR nodes.
Beside caching memory leak issue with Angular code, we have done some improvements at infrastructure layer for production:
- Increase heap size
- Increase JS Storefront nodes
- Auto start JS Storefront nodes when memory reaches a threshold
It's helping us. We see an improvement in loading speed.
