SmartEdit | Single Element Sync for CMSComponent with Subcomponents not working

Hello Experts!

I have the following issue:

I have a component that has 3 subcomponents. When I try to synchronize the parent component in SE (only this component not the whole catalog), the synchronization fails. The logs list the 3 subcomponents (color, desktopMediaContainer, font) as the problem as you can see below:

 8796093065283    8796093098051    8796256928363    color    desktopMediaContainer    font    8796093065232->8796093130768    false

So I googled and found this similar Question where they extend AbstractCMSComponentModelVisitor, I tried it out and it unfortunately didn't work either.

The funny thing is, after a full ContentCatalogSync, this one element synch in SE works(because the online version of the components have been created?).

Do you guys have any clues or hints?

I would really appreciate any input.

Ah sorry, I forgot to write that. It is version 6.7.0.14

Can You share Logs and also tell whether u used Custom Component or OOTB

Hi Pawan, thx for the reply.

It is a custom component and after several trial and errors it suddenly worked. So solution with the Visitors actual worked.
