SmartEdit is taking us to the site Login page or Homepage instead of the page we click on

Has anyone else seen this issue and/or does anyone know where I can even start to figure out why this is happening?

There is nothing consistent about it. We can get to random pages in smart edit, and for other pages, we are redirected.

Hi,

I think this is 2 different problems.

1 - If the storefront page you are navigating to requires authentication, it will redirect you to login page, regardless of SmartEdit

2 - This could be the experience/context. Once you've set an experience in the experience selector (catalog version, language, etc...), that token expires after 15 minutes. If you continue editing and navigating after that 15 minutes, you might not realize that you've actually returned to the default storefront again, so if you're navigating to a page that only exists in a specific experience context and the token is expired, it will navigate to the homepage for that site.
