Smartedit duplicate deskop keys error message on homepage

On accessing homepage in "Advanced Edit" mode in smartedit we get the below message . There is no error on console .Can anyone please help ?

I am too facing this issue with 2011 patch 17.

Can you please tell me if your issue has been fixed? If yes, how.
