Smartedit broken with SAP Commerce 18.11 Patch 24

Hello

After patching from SAP Commerce 1811, patch 6 to patch 24, /smartedit does not work anymore. Also, a clean installation without any custom codes, results in the same problem (see screenshot). There are no error messages in the log. Does anyone have the same experience? Is this a known issue?

andreas.lenggenhager did you already reported this issue to SAP?
We have experienced exactly same issue. It was working fine in patch 23 so they had to mess up something in last patch - most probably by https://cxjira.sap.com/browse/PATCH-7746

More details about the issue - for couple of ms the proper Smartedit landing page is visible but then disappears. Nothing in Hybris or borwser's console log.

Ping amparex bm.riedel mrI've reported the problem to SAP and decided in my project to move back to .23 version. I would recommend the same. It is ~1 month old but not sure if still available form SAP Portal for download. Your SAP TAM should be able to provide the proper link to it.

No, I did not inform SAP yet. Just wanted to make sure that the error do not sit between chair and table.

We have received such workaround instructions from SAP:

"Currently as a workaround there is need to build commerce suite with following commands and SmartEdit will work again:"

ant npminstall

ant build
