Smartedit blankpage issue

Hi Team,

We are using hybris version 2005.23 & after the patch upgrade, we have been receiving a blank page issue.

Below is the list of errors that can be seen in the console option of the browser :

<errorList><br><errors><br><message>I/O error on GET request for "https://127.0.0.1:443/smarteditwebservices/v1/configurations": PKIX path validation failed: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: validity check failed</message><br><type>ResourceAccessError</type><br></errors><br></errorList>

The certificate is valid and trusted.

What could be the cause of the blank page issue? Is this still related to Certificate?

If yes, what should be the approach and how to verify and install the new certificate.

additional.javax.net.ssl.trustStore=
additional.javax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword=
