I have a small number of sku which require being sent on a diferent courier - manual orders being placed is fine but for orders placed via emcommerce / webshop i need them to create a order confrimation to the sales desk so the customer service team can see the order and make / redirect some products if required?Example if a product is out of stock we have a rule that means an order confirmation is sent to the internal team automatically so they can ring the customer and explain the new delibery date or offer an alternative - i need some somthing simiilair but linked to certain codes.
Yes i can put all these customers on one courier but depending on there order detrmines how it is shipped .
any help would be apprechiated
