Skill management in C4C

Hello, can you help me with Skills functionality in C4C? i do not understand it's purpose. it is possible to assign skills to products and emlpoyees, but what functionality is hidden behind this?

Hi Aliaksandr,

it is e.g. relevant for ressource scheduling in the service scenarios. So if you have several technicians in field service, and you want to plan their assignments (visits) for fixing a problem on customer site, you want only to give an open demand / task to a technician that has that skill to solve the Problem. So if there is a product in the C4C ticket with that skill, and the technician (employee) has also that skill, you will see this in ressource scheduler to be able to give the right persons the right tasks / tickets / demands.
