Size of fields in Ticket header - Service Cloud

Hi all,

since the release 2008 in the Service Cloud in Tickets there are 2 fields in the ticket header that are displayed in bigger size in our tenant: field priority and status (see screenshot).

In the SAP webinar I saw a screenshot that the priority is not big, see screenshot.

How can I set the size of the field via Master Layout? So, how can I make the priority field small?

I tested to move the field above or below, but that doesn't change the field size.

Hello,

AFAIK, there is no way to change this behavior as of current release i.e 2008. With the 2011 release, you should be able to manage the fields which you want to "Emphasize" or "De-Emphasize" on details UI via KUT. Maximum 2 fields per UI can be marked as Emphasized.

You may use the toggle "Disable Header Information from Top" in Company Settings and set it to 'Yes' to have all the fields of the header displayed in the same size.

thanks for your reply. Ok, and how can make it that just the status field is big (as in the screenshot) and the priority is small?
