Site logo and images not displaying in emails.

Hi, Iam facing an issue like sitelogo and product images are not coming , but in my local I can see the images. I am using the same gmail configuration in server and local. I tried with Fake smtp server, it is working in local but in Dev/Qa web mails, it is not working. Is there any alternate to embedd image in html in emails apart from cid?

I can see the image in the browser when i access with the image url

Please let me know if you find any solution for this?
