setting accessExternalSchema true for CCv2

HI,

We are going to cloud for our client project on CCv2; and we are facing issue with wsdl conversion.

java.lang.AssertionError: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; systemId: jar:file:/opt/workspace/build/customer-project/custom/gyservices/lib/jaxb-xjc.jar!/com/sun/tools/xjc/reader/xmlschema/bindinfo/binding.xsd; lineNumber: 52; columnNumber: 88; schema_reference: Failed to read schema document 'xjc.xsd', because 'file' access is not allowed due to restriction set by the accessExternalSchema property.

In local, we were able to set accessExternalSchema in jre/lib/jaxp.properties; what will be the solution for CCv2.
