Hi experts

I hope you are well.

I am doing email campaign creation tests. the provider is Sinch, it was a long process for the delivery of the credentials but it is already a great achievement to have them.

but I have a doubt, they are two companies and therefore two marketing areas.

Question: a single communication agreement (0040) works for both companies?

I see that when I am configuring the agreement I can choose between the marketing areas, I would understand that it is I can create another agreement and in that other select the second marketing area.

On the other hand I want to send a test email but it asks me for a profile of the sender This where is configured?

Hi Elio,

do you have/receive different Sinch accounts/credentials for the companies? Otherwise I would say you should use one Communication Arrangement.

The Sender Profiles are configured in the corresponding app "Sender Profiles". Here you can define you're sender addresses, sender names, and so on, and also choose an appropriate Marketing Area for every profile. From there you could also send a test mail so check if anything works as expected.

The sender profiles are then available in the Content Studio in the email settings.

Hi eliocentenob

If you have received 2 different credentials from Sinch, then please create separate Communication System/Arrangements and create separate Sender Profiles.

Did you receive 2 different credentials from Sinch ?

Cheers

Hello eliocentenob,

I understand your scenario that you've 2 different marketing areas (companies).

In that case, as Tobias suggested, you can create 2 Sender Profiles with different Marketing Areas and configuration to use in Contents late, refer to business document on Creating a Sender Profile.

I hope this clarifies.

Best Regards,

Kunal
