Set Approval before "WON"

Hello Guys,

I am trying to make the approval before setting the opportunity status to "Won,"

I tried to submit the approval manually, then change the opportunity status to won if the approval status equal "Approved" by the workflow,

However, the opportunity status does not exist in the opportunity workflow. I just found custom status and I don't know how it works.

So is there any idea to make the approval before setting the opportunity to "Won."

Hi yehia,

here are the details above the Note :

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Opportunities view,
3. Open the Opportunity DEF (DEF represents the Opportunity ID).
4. Select the Actions button.
5. Select Set to Won.
6. The status can be Set to Lost or Won without Opportunity Approval.

its should be work .
