Session stickiness not working on CCV2

Hi,

we are encountering issues with session stickiness in our CVV2 environment. The ROUTE cookie changes during the checkout process causing undesirable behaviors. The cookie should not change given the initial server instance is still available. The behavior appears to be random as we do not know when or what is triggering that change. Note that we do not have Session Failover. We are on version 2011.

This is an interesting case. Did you notice any out of memory on Dynatrace? When a node runs out of memory it is shut down and the ROUTE cookie changes accordingly.

The initial server instance is still available and is accepting traffic. No out of memory.
