Dear Gurus,
I have created the DIP Profile and assigned the same to the item category ZCBS which is a copy of CBSS.
The requirement type is SERA and the requirement class is 203 against which the order type is SM01.
I have also assigned the sales document type ZAD9 which is a copy of AD9 sales document type in S/4 HANA against the notification type.
I have done all the settings but the service order is not getting generated.
Please note that no billing plan has been assigned.
What can be the issue??. Can someone please help me.
