Service Order Management Settlement account assignment

Hi CRM Experts,

I am setting u the standard S4 CRM (S4 HANA Customer Management Add-on) service order processes. Creating Service Orders from Serv. Ord template etc. I am able to create order but when saving I am getting settlement account assignment for account assignment category : ORDER.

Maintain a settlement account assignment for account assignment cat. ORDER

Diagnosis

You have maintained an account assignment category 'ORDER', but have not entered a settlement account assignment.

Procedure

Maintain a settlement account assignment for the account assignment category 'ORDER'.

Any idea where do i maintain this settlement account assignment?

If i do not maintain the value Acct. Assignment Cat : ORDER, then another set of errors pop up

Errors in prerequisite object Transaction 8000000027

Diagnosis

You want to determine aControllingobjectfor Item 8000000027/10. Item 8000000027/10 is assigned to Transaction 8000000027. Therefore, the system has to read the Controlling object that was determined for Transaction 8000000027. However, an error occurred when the system tried to determine the Controlling object for Transaction 8000000027, and the system was not able to determine a Controlling object for Transaction 8000000027. As a result, no Controlling object can be determined for Item 8000000027/10.

System Response

Processing stopped.

Procedure

Correct the error that occurred during processing of Transaction 8000000027. Then start processing for both objects again.

Profit center for CRM integration not found

Diagnosis

No Profit Center was found within the function module PI_CRM_GET_PROFITCENTER.

The reason for this is either

    1. the entry in the table KECRM_T8A10-INVALID_PC_RULE or
    2. the user exit EXIT_RKECRM_PCA_40_001.

Normally the system would post things to the dummy profit center.

System Response

The exception PRCTR_NOT_FOUND is triggered. If the person who made the call receives this exception, he must derive a valid profit center himself.

Procedure

Check the entries described above. If a system error has occurred, you should inform SAP.

Is there a need to maintain this Account assignment Category at all in Service Orders?
