#service document Cannot find customer group 1-5 in service order

Hi expert,

I cannot find customer group1-5 in the service order. But I can see these fields in the service order item CDS view. How can I enter these fields in the service order?

Hello,

Customer Group is used for several purposes, e.g., Pricing and Discounts, Reporting and Analysis. It is now not available in standard fields in Service Order Management. If you want to add the fields, you need custom development.
