Service Contracts Analysis not giving results

We are using app Service Contracts Analysis (F3942).

I created a service contract, and based on that, I created service orders, and service confirmations. Confirmations are set to completed. Using trx. CAT7, the CATS hours are booked to CO. In KO03 I can see that actual cost = USD 800

However, in the Service Contract Analysis app, Cost and Year-to-Date Cost are empty!

Digging deeper, I find that the accounting document should have a reference to the service contract. However, that is not maintained. How can I assure that the accounting document has a reference to the service contract?

Unfortunately, it seems to be taking longer than usual for your question to be answered. You might want to try an alternative route to speed things up.
