Service contract quotation items has same serial number to all the iObjects

Hello Experts,

There is a scenario wherein user had entered 2 individual objects in a Service Contract quotation. one Individual object has a serial number and the other don't.

while printing the contract quotation, the serial number of 1st object is also being assinged to the other one which dosent have any serial number assinged.

Note: its only in the print this descrepancy is seen. where could be the possible issue? I have checked output determination and there arent any rules defined.

Hello Rasheed,

obviously there is a issue in the report which supply the Smartform for printing. It seems there is a missing clear of the serial number before you preparing the next item for printing. Could you check your report for printing, which is assigned to your printing action ?
