Service Contract in C4C - Target Quantity is read only

Dear experts,

why is the target quantity in service contracts read only? Even when I add a new position, no matter which product i choose, the target quantity is always read only

Hi jangocx,

This depends on the Item type used in the contract.

If you want to use Target Quantities, an Item Type with Base Item Type "SCEP - Entitled Product – Contract Item" needs to be used

If you are using Base Item Types "SCIT - Entitlement – Contract Item", then only the Quantity can be specified.
