Service Confirmation create as Follow Up of Service Order Item, Conf Status to Completed not working

Hello All,

I am Trying to Create Service Confirmation as a follow Up of Service Order Item through programming.  The Status of the created Service Confirmation should be set to Completed, which is not working. 

If I am Trying to set the Status to Completed manually through UI, it is working. 

I have set the same parameters as it could be seen in the Debug of CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN but its not working. 

Any Help ?
