Service Cloud URL Mashup: Launch a S/4HANA Fiori app and passing the BP as a parameter

Good Morning Experts,

We want to launch a S/4HANA Fiori app from a Service Ticket in Service Cloud. When we launch we want to pass the Customer number on the service ticket to the Fiori app. We have created a URL Mashup with port binding but we can not get it to work.

The Customer Factsheet passes the parameter as part of the URL. But the other Fiori apps use "App states" and do not have the BP number in the S/4 URL when you open the app and add a BP number to the filter section.

1. Has anyone been able to successfully launch to a Fiori App and pass the BP parameter with the URL with Port binding function?
2. Is there an issue with the way we created the mashup with port binding? Should we choose a different port binding?
3. Do we need to do anything on the Fiori S/4 side to enable the apps to receive the BP number?

We want to launch the Customer Returns S/4 App and populate the Sold-to Party with the BP number.

Please see the Mashup with Port binding we created:

• Create a URL Mashup with Port Binding – Ticket Information because I want to launch from the Ticket screen
• URL:https://xxxx/sap/bc/ui2/flp?sap-client=101&sap-language=EN#AcceleratedCustomerReturn-create
• Port name: Ticket Information
• Inport field: ShipToPartyID
• The Sold-To Party can not be selected as an inport field
• Screens: Ticket Details
• HTTP Method: Post

The following is the error we are getting:

• This does not open a new tab it opens a new window
• The error message is displayed and does not open the app or system
