Hello,
based on this help site (https://help.sap.com/viewer/1057a9793aec43b39ecddf86b78801b9/CLOUD/en-US/fe2560095d81492c92e394c229a...) it is not possible to replicate business partner groups to the service cloud.
Only the business partner categories Person and Organization are transferred to the Cloud solution. The business partner category Group is ignored during data load. (This is true for both initial download as well as delta replication.)
I wonder if there are any best practises or advises how to handle or transform current used groups in the legacy system before migrate to the service cloud? Until now i can't find any advice how to handle these kind of busines partner.
