In Service Cloud product ID's are automatically converted to upper case. We have a requirement due to international standards in the chemicals industry to record product IDs as case sensitive.
Assuming that SAP have support for the chemical industry and that this is an international standard, I was surprised that there was not a project scoping question to enable this functionality.
Can anybody advise on what needs to be done to make it possible for Product IDs to be case sensitive, and what considerations do we need to be aware of?
