Hi All,
How the versioning of Service Category helps in tickets??
Request clarification before answering.
To add what 'Prasanth' mention - while creating new ticket the latest released version of service category will be considered within ticket .

versioning helps you to adapt to new changes (adding/removing) to your categories with time as per business needs without losing the old infromation as well.
Always there will be one active and current version from wich the data is fecthed and the older infromation will be the previous versions and the changes you made to the ifrnomation in categories will be you new version.
